Step-by-Step Application Instructions:

1. Prepare: Remove protective foil from the tape

3. Cover: Lay a protective ironing fabric (thin towel or parchment paper) on top
4. Press: Apply iron or heat press at 302-338°F for 15 seconds with firm, even pressure
5. Flip: Turn garment inside out and press for 10 seconds on the back
6. Cool: Allow to cool completely (very important!)
7. Peel: Remove the transfer backing carefully after cooling
