Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact (shrink wrap unbroken where applicable).

How to start a return

1. Email hello@twilightbunco.com or call 208-890-2325 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.
2. Write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address we provide.
3. Once we receive the return, your original payment method is refunded for the purchase price.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• If your order shipped free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — or a piece is missing from your kit — email us a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Our kits are hand-checked before shipping, and we stand behind every one.

Digital downloads

Because printable and digital products are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable — but if a file won't download or print correctly, email us and we'll sort it out.
