2 Who moves after each round
- Winners move up one table toward the Head Table.
- Head Table winners stay right where they are (enjoy the throne).
- Losers stay put — except Head Table losers, who move to the last table.
- Everyone who stays swaps seats so you get a new partner every round.
Groups vary! If yours rotates differently, your house rules win — just stay consistent all night.
3 Scoring cheat sheet
- Roll the round's number: 1 point per matching die.
- Three of the round's number: BUNCO! 21 points — yell it and ring the bell.
- Three of any other number: mini bunco, 5 points.
- Head Table reaching 21 ends the round for everyone.
