Red, White & Blue Shortcake Kabobs for Bunco Night

The easiest patriotic bunco dessert there is — red, white & blue shortcake kabobs for a Fourth of July game night.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound angel food cake loaf
• 2 pounds fresh strawberries
• 8 oz package of blueberries
• 1 7-oz tube of cookie icing
• Wooden skewers

Directions: Cut strawberries in thirds. Cut the angel food cake into 1/2" squares. Thread the skewers, layering strawberries, blueberries, and cake squares. Top with the icing.
